day 10 signal hill

walking up hill street is a work out i'm telling you! in the 4 minute steep incline walk at the beginning...whew...then up to the top of signal hill it's all worth it. i know i know only 4 minute incline? yeah go do it and come back and tell me it's nothing. at hill top park it's a good view and on a clear day it's a great view. taking a walk all the way around you can see expansive ocean views and out to catalina, palos verdes, pretty much all of long beach, to downtown los angeles, hollywood sign, san gabriel and san bernardino mountains and walk around towards long beach airport and see over to saddleback mountain and towards long beach marina, seal beach and beyond. especially on a clear day it's a must see! snow on the mountains is a plus!

this is on the bridge between seal beach and long beach over the san gabriel river at the jetty so i'm not sure if this is seal beach or long beach! the birds seemed to be enjoying the view.
