day 98 signal hill
we walked up and down the hill again today. it was a quick walk, minimal looking around, well we always have to check things out, but really we just tried to go up hill street, starting from near redondo, and up the side that looks towards the ocean, up to hill top park, and around the promenade overlooking the airport and back down hill street. this might be the same flower i got a week or so ago! maybe...

Beautiful flower. I've never hiked Signal Hill, but I know I would enjoy it. I'm guessing great photo opps from the top!
ReplyDeleteyou need to go up signal hill at least once! on a clear day you can definitely see a lot. from catalina, to palos verdes, dtla, the hollywood sign (very teeny tiny! but you can see it), san gabriel mountains etc, long beach airport is right there, to saddleback mountain etc, and back towards newport beach. so, you walk from the ocean side of the hill to hill top park and then around the panoramic promenade to get a full view of everything. you gotta go at least once!
